More About Me
.I’m Frank Vettese III, a seasoned real estate professional based in San Francisco. Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, I relocated to the Bay Area in 2000 to launch my first software consulting business after earning my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. My 20+ years in consulting, managing international teams, and delivering solutions to global clients shaped my ability to provide exceptional service tailored to individual needs.

I began investing in real estate in the early 2010s and transitioned full-time into the industry in 2020. Since then, I’ve built a strong foundation as a Realtor, offering my clients integrity, professionalism, and transparency. I thrive on helping clients navigate the competitive San Francisco market, using my market knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Presidio, playing golf at Lincoln Park, and indulging in San Francisco’s culinary scene. I also serve on the Education Committee of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and am passionate about cooking and golf—dreaming of volunteering at the PGA Tour someday.
